[SO. Kashuu's probably been treating Nakigitsune a little more gently than usual lately, considering the whole Brush With Death thing. There's only so much a person can do to help someone else cope with dying, though...

So today, he doesn't come with any snacks or offers of hairbrushing. Instead, he comes with a little piece of normalcy from the citadel days.]

Probably! I mean, even if most of us have gotten used to the noise, that horse is still pretty new to it. That's why I kept him back away from the roads and all.

[Also because the dojo area was the only one even remotely suitable for a one-stall stable...

I remember when we were still new to the noise...it was very distracting, I must say!

Yeah... The cities are really nothing like the Citadel, huh?

[Kashuu adapted quite well because of course he did, but it gets to be a bit much even for him at times...

He'll make his way quickly to the park, though. NO TIME TO WASTE.]

Hopefully that'll be the case, anyway. I mean, it's not like any of us will actually be able to ride him if he's spooked 'cause of traffic all the time... Buuut since he's a warhorse and all, it'll probably be fine.

Are you planning to ride him on the street then? I wonder how a horse would fare on city streets like this.

But! As they walk along the trail that usually leads to the dojo, he'll just keep on walking instead, until they get to a little shack-ish looking stable.]

[A valid question(??) Once they reach the stable though, Naki and fox both look around...gosh, that stable sure looks like a shack. And where's the horse....maybe it's behind the shack?

So, you think we should just... I dunno, run him around the park for a few laps every day or something? I mean, it's not like they'll be able to carry us to battle here.

[What a laid-back horse, ambling off into the wilderness...maybe he'll chase it? And by "chase" I mean "walk towards it at a laid-back casual speed" because it doesn't seem to be in much of a hurry.]

That sounds good! I'm sure Aoge would enjoy it...running around the park would definitely be more enjoyable than staying in the stables. And I'm sure everyone would enjoy the occasional ride!

Yeah, you're right about that! I was just thinking of hosting a horseback archery contest or something someday. Y'know, just for a little extra fun after we're all done with our daily practice.

It's pretty fun, yeah. I haven't done it many times myself, but Aoge's a good horse for beginners.
